We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support our finance operations. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing clear financial insights. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, with strong communication skills and a high degree of autonomy.

Skills:


• Record and categorize daily financial transactions (sales, receipts, purchases, payments).


• Maintain organized financial documentation for audit readiness.


• Reconcile bank and credit card statements, and resolve discrepancies.


• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.


• Process payroll and manage ADP checks.


• Prepare key financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.


• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.


• Assist with tax filings and liaise with external accountants as needed.


• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.


• Actively participate in daily team meetings at 8:00 AM PST.

What We're Looking For:


• 4-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.


• Strong command of accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Online.


• Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).


• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.


• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a high degree of autonomy.


• Fluent in English.


• Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus.

$1,450 - $1,800 a month
