Serás como un maestro de rompecabezas, transformando desafíos complejos en soluciones técnicas claras y traduciendo lógica de negocio difícil en código limpio y elegante.
Como astronauta de arquitectura, diseñarás la base de nuestras features más épicas, asegurando que sean escalables y fáciles de mantener. Y tranquilo: también serás el guardián del conocimiento, creando documentación técnica y estableciendo el estándar de oro para la claridad del código. Tu sabiduría guiará decisiones técnicas enfocadas en simplicidad y efectividad, y tu ojo de águila durante los code reviews mantendrá nuestra codebase impecable y ultra rápida.

Lo que harás:

  • Trabajar junto a los equipos de Producto y Backend en todo el ciclo de vida de las features, desde la concepción hasta el despliegue

  • Descomponer requerimientos complejos en soluciones técnicas manejables

  • Traducir lógica de negocio desafiante en código limpio y entendible

  • Diseñar arquitecturas escalables y mantenibles para features complejas

  • Crear documentación técnica completa y guías de arquitectura

  • Establecer estándares de documentación para código y procesos técnicos

  • Guiar decisiones técnicas priorizando simplicidad y efectividad

  • Liderar code reviews enfocados en mantenibilidad y performance

  • Mentorear a miembros del equipo en estrategias de resolución de problemas

  • Monitorear y reportar indicadores clave del equipo mobile

  • Implementar sistemas de monitoreo para medir métricas de rendimiento de la app

  • Definir objetivos claros para crash rates, tiempos de carga y engagement de usuarios

  • Desarrollar estrategias para mejorar continuamente los KPIs técnicos

  • Presentar dashboards e insights a stakeholders de management


Requisitos:

  • Haber liderado exitosamente la arquitectura de aplicaciones Flutter publicadas

  • +4 años de experiencia trabajando con Flutter en producción

  • +1 año de experiencia liderando equipos

  • Capacidad demostrada para refactorizar features complejas en soluciones mantenibles

  • Haber creado y mantenido librerías de componentes compartidos entre múltiples apps

  • Haber establecido estrategias de testing que mejoraron la estabilidad de la app

  • Haber implementado sistemas de monitoreo y crash reporting

  • Experiencia con patrones avanzados de navegación y deep linking

  • Optimización del tiempo de carga y rendimiento general de la app

  • Liderazgo en iniciativas de documentación técnica para mejorar eficiencia del equipo

  • Experiencia mentoreando developers y liderando discusiones técnicas

  • Sólido background en definición y seguimiento de KPIs técnicos

  • Experiencia en desarrollo data-driven y optimización de performance
