About the Role

In this role, as a Data Analyst Ssr, you will play a key role in analyzing, visualizing, and managing data to support strategic and operational decision-making across multiple business areas.

You will combine data analytics with the development of digital tools, creating Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions that enhance efficiency, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining data quality and governance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, streamline reporting, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation.

What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports in Power BI.

Build and maintain Power Apps that optimize workflows and internal processes.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance, following organizational standards and best practices.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Document data sources, transformations, models, and developed applications.

Propose new tools or methodologies that promote digitalization and smarter use of data.

Support the implementation of Data Governance practices and train users on analytics tools.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and visual design).

Experience developing and maintaining Power Apps.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Query.

Understanding of data governance, quality, and standardization principles.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Power Automate, SQL, or Python.

Previous work with Supply Chain data (Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Customer Service).

Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Portuguese, English, and/or Spanish.
