As we scale our business offering, we're seeking a skilled Product & Commercial Data Analyst in Hanoi to help us build robust datasets and dashboards in AWS QuickSight and support our global teams with clear, actionable analysis.

You'll play a key role in enabling data-driven growth across the company — from understanding product usage and feature adoption to tracking conversion, retention, and revenue trends. Your work will help us understand our users, measure success, and spot opportunities to accelerate growth.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Commercial, and Marketing teams to define KPIs and metrics that guide decision-making.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports in AWS QuickSight, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and easy to interpret.
• Develop and manage datasets, ETL workflows, and queries to support analysis and reporting.
• Analyse product usage, customer behaviour, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for product and revenue growth.
• Support A/B testing, feature performance tracking, and commercial campaign measurement.
• Partner with engineers and data owners to improve data pipelines and ensure high-quality input into the BI environment.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in forecasting and target-setting for commercial teams by providing historical and trend-based insights.
• Champion a data-informed culture — helping colleagues use data effectively in their daily work.

What you'll definitely need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years experience working with SQL and Columnar DBMS such as Redshift, BigQuery.
• 1-3 years experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or AWS QuickSight.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Excellent English communication skills — able to translate complex data into simple, clear stories.
• Solid business acumen and curiosity to connect data insights with real business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach and a drive to deliver measurable impact.

What we'd love you to have

• Experience with AWS QuickSight, Redshift, or similar BI environments.
• Previous experience in SaaS, travel tech, or data-driven digital product companies.
• Familiarity with data integration tools, APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience working with experimentation or analytics frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Advanced Excel or Python programming skills are a plus.
