Buscamos un
Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Automation Specialist
, con
alto dominio en Power Automate
y conocimientos en automatización, integraciones y flujos complejos.

El rol requiere experiencia en construir automatizaciones, bots e integraciones con APIs y conectores. Además, se valorará
conocimiento en PowerApps (formularios) y Power BI (nivel básico/intermedio)
como herramientas complementarias dentro del ecosistema Microsoft 365.

contractor independiente
, trabajando 100% remoto en soluciones internas y proyectos de clientes.

Responsabilidades

Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar automatizaciones utilizando:

  • Power Automate Desktop (principal)
  • Power Automate Cloud (principal)

Integrar sistemas mediante:

  • APIs, URLs, JSON, llamadas HTTP (GET/POST)
  • Autenticación con conectores, custom connectors y webhooks

Utilizar herramientas complementarias de Microsoft 365:

  • PowerApps
  • Power BI (terciario, nivel básico/intermedio)
  • SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel avanzado

Automatizar procesos administrativos, operativos y contables.

Documentar flujos, procesos y arquitectura de automatización.

  • Aplicar IA (Copilot, modelos LLM, OCR) cuando correspondava.

Requisitos

Conocimientos sólidos en
Microsoft Office y Microsoft 365
, especialmente:

  • Power Automate Desktop y Cloud (excluyente)
  • SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel avanzado

Conocimientos básicos/intermedios en:

  • PowerApps
    (formularios simples)
  • Power BI
    (consultar, transformar, conectar fuentes)

Estar estudiando actualmente:

  • n8n
    o
    UiPath
  • IA aplicada a automatización
    (Copilot, LLMs, OCR,Open AI)

Manejo de APIs, JSON y estructuras de datos.

Pensamiento lógico, atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas.

Inglés técnico básico/intermedio.

Deseables

  • Conocimiento de SQL o bases de datos.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas como Zapier, Make o similares.
