Descripción del puesto

Importante compañía multinacional se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Finance Manager para liderar el área administrativa, contable y financiera del país. Reportando directamente a la dirección local, sus principales responsabilidades serán

Principales Responsabilidades:
  • Enfocarse en la mejora continua y performance del negocio, en un entorno dinámico y de múltiples puntos de venta.
  • Liderar el presupuesto anual, forecast y reportes financieros para el management local y regional.
  • Supervisar contabilidad, tesorería, impuestos, cierres y auditorías, asegurando cumplimiento y calidad en los procesos.
  • Gestionar cash flow, cobranzas y pagos, optimizando la liquidez y los ciclos financieros del negocio.
  • Impulsar mejoras de procesos, automatización y estandarización del área administrativa y financiera.
  • Conducir un equipo de trabajo, fortaleciendo capacidades y revisando la estructura cuando sea necesario.
  • Acompañar al negocio retail a través del análisis financiero, soporte operativo y articulación con áreas comerciales y operativas.
Requisitos:
  • Título universitario en Contaduría, Administración, Finanzas o afines.
  • +5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares, idealmente en empresas de retail o negocios con múltiples puntos de venta.
  • Experiencia en budget/forecast, reporting, cierre contable, tesorería y liderazgo de equipos.
  • Perfil con fuerte liderazgo, visión analítica, orientación a resultados y capacidad de ejecución.
  • Experiencia en reorganización de procesos y mejora continua (deseable).

  • Inglés avanzado completa el perfil.
