Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Contracts Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate law, contract law, and business advisory. You will be responsible for managing legal aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic legal advice to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts and agreements.
- Providing legal advice on corporate matters, including governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
- Advising on regulatory compliance and ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Managing legal risks by identifying potential issues and providing proactive solutions.
- Conducting legal research to support business initiatives and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in corporate law, contract law, and business advisory.
- Ability to provide strategic and practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English.
