We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, capable of connecting product vision, analytics, and user experience to scale high-impact solutions within the digital lending ecosystem.

In this role, you will lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation, hypothesis definition, and data validation, to launch, optimization, and feature scaling. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Risk, Marketing, and Operations to build metrics-based, data-driven products aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with business strategy and user needs.
  • Design and monitor key product performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion, retention, losses, and profitability.
  • Drive experimentation, hypothesis validation, and A/B testing initiatives.
Data & Analytics
  • Work closely with Data and Engineering teams to define, extract, and analyze metrics using SQL and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or similar).
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards that reflect real-time product health and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML for personalization, behavioral prediction, and automation.
Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure product flows align with policies and financial regulations.
  • Oversee feature launches and coordinate go-to-market plans and feedback cycles with Marketing and Customer Support.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the product team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles within fintech or digital financial products.
  • Proven experience defining, analyzing, and acting on product metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and BI/dashboard tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Understanding of credit and risk models and their impact on UX and profitability.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product development.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in lending, credit, payments, or BNPL products.
  • Knowledge of financial regulation and fintech compliance best practices.
  • Technical background in engineering, data, economics, or similar.
  • Experience with automation or low-code/no-code tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and funnel optimization tools.
