Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to support product decisions and identify trends.
• Creates regular reports on product performance, metrics, and KPIs.
• Documents product processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Assists in the coordination and execution of product launches.
• Conducts market research to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Collaborates with various teams such as product management, engineering, and marketing to

ensure smooth operations.

• Identifies and resolve operational issues that may impact product performance.
• Manages and maintains tools and systems used in product operations.

Qualifications

• Degree (BS/BA) in in Information Systems or Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data

Science or Engineering, or related field required.

• Strong ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, product management software, and other relevant

technologies.

• Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work well within a team and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
