Summary

The Online Marketing Trainee is responsible for providing operational support to the positions of Online Sales Specialist and Online Marketing Analyst in relation to the online campaigns and the online store.

Job description

Responsibilities and Duties

• To update and manage the campaigns on online platforms (such as Google Adwords and Facebook Ads): to review and optimize ads and keywords according to the guidelines of the Analyst Sr. and the Area Coordinator.

• To send email marketing campaigns through Doppler or other similar delivery platforms.

• To manage operational tasks related to the online store: to create and update SKUs, and write price reports.

• To collaborate with the production of reports on the metrics of the Area: trial version downloads, campaign performance, online sales, etc.

• To collaborate with organic positioning initiatives (SEO), such as searching for sites and portals related to our solutions in order to reach different agreements related to content distribution and free trials.

• To comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company.

• To integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day-to-day behavior, making them a pillar of the corporate culture and transmitting them in every task.

Requirements
Education

• Incomplete university studies in Marketing or Advertising.

Experience

Knowledge

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords (desirable).

• Basic knowledge of Portuguese (desirable).

• Use of Office Package.

Languages

• English: Intermediate level.
