Recovery Manager
.

Se trata de una
posición estratégica con alcance internacional
, orientada a liderar la transformación de una unidad clave del negocio, evolucionando el servicio hacia un modelo más
tecnológico y escalable
.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar con las oficinas globales para establecer procesos y tecnologías que impulsen resultados y escalen el negocio de manera efectiva
  • Liderar la transformación digital del área
  • Trabajar de manera transversal con los Country Managers y pares regionales
  • Acompañar el crecimiento del negocio, dar soporte a la venta del servicio.
  • Impulsar el desarrollo de equipos colaborativos, coordinar y fortalecer las capacidades de los mismos, asegurando una comunicación fluida y un ambiente de trabajo orientado a la excelencia.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización mediante sistemas y tecnología

Buscamos personas con:

  • Experiencia en el liderazgo de equipos y gestión del cambio
  • Fuerte mirada de procesos y negocio
  • Experiencia en transformación digital
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
  • Inglés avanzado
