¿Qué hace un Analista de Client Service (atención a bancos) en Fiserv?
Este rol es fundamental para ofrecer soluciones efectivas y confiables a los problemas técnicos y operativos de nuestros clientes. Alguien exitoso en este rol combinará su experiencia técnica con habilidades excepcionales de servicio al cliente para garantizar que los problemas se resuelvan de manera oportuna y satisfactoria. Serás parte integral de un equipo que valora la innovación, la precisión y la colaboración, asegurando que nuestros clientes reciban el apoyo necesario para optimizar el uso de nuestros productos y servicios.
Lo que harás:
- Proveer soporte operativo de segundo nivel a clientes, resolviendo problemas complejos.
- Colaborar con equipos internos para escalar y solucionar problemas críticos.
- Mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con los clientes durante todo el proceso de resolución.
- Documentar y actualizar registros de soporte operativo con precisión.
- Identificar tendencias y patrones en problemas recurrentes para mejorar procesos y productos.
Lo que necesitas:
- 4 años de experiencia en soporte técnico o atención al cliente en un entorno de TI.
- 4 años de experiencia en resolución de problemas técnicos complejos.
- 4 años de experiencia utilizando sistemas de gestión de tickets.
- 4 años de experiencia en comunicación efectiva con clientes.
- 4 años de experiencia en colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.
Lo que sería ideal tener (Deseable):
- Experiencia en la industria de servicios financieros.
- Experiencia con herramientas de software específicas de Fiserv.
- Experiencia en la implementación de mejoras en procesos de soporte.
- Experiencia en la formación y orientación de personal en soporte técnico.
- Experiencia en un entorno de soporte técnico global.
