Role Description
We're seeking a full-time remote SEO Team Lead to drive organic search performance for one of our clients. In this role, you'll lead SEO strategy development and execution across multiple accounts, with core responsibilities including local SEO campaigns, keyword research, link building strategies, on-page optimization, and web analytics interpretation.
You'll partner closely with marketing stakeholders and potentially take ownership of client relationships through direct calls and presentations. Working in US, EST hours, you'll manage and mentor team members while continuously monitoring performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications
- 3-5 + years of comprehensive SEO experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years specializing in local SEO
- Proven track record of leading and managing SEO teams in a remote environment
- Technical proficiency with developer background or strong technical SEO capabilities
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities with near-native English fluency
- Demonstrated experience working with US and/or Canadian companies
- Client-facing expertise with the ability to lead calls, present strategies, and build relationships
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms and web analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent field
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Availability to work US time zone hours
- Strong cultural alignment with North American business practices
Extra/Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with parasite SEO strategies
- SOP creation and documentation experience
- Background in process optimization and team training
Pay Band $1800 - $2,000 monthly.
Compensation at the upper end of this range may be achieved through a combination of base salary and performance-based bonus opportunities.
