The Position
Do you want to play a pivotal role in shaping value-driven healthcare solutions across South America?
Join our multidisciplinary team where you will define and execute the Medical Affairs and Value-Based Healthcare strategy for the South America Network, including Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and build impactful partnerships with key stakeholders to drive meaningful clinical and economic evaluations.
The Opportunity
Develop and manage the Medical Affairs and Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) plan, ensuring alignment with global, regional, and organiz tional priorities.
Identify evidence gaps and define evidence generation needs to support strategic goals.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key healthcare system decision-makers and stakeholders.
Provide scientific expertise to support or lead key tactics, such as medical education programs, advisory boards, and reimbursement dossier development.
Oversee the development of local clinical activities in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning diverse fields, ensuring executional excellence while promoting collaboration and innovation.
Actively share best practices internally and externally to enhance outcomes and drive innovation across the healthcare ecosystem.
Maintain and expand scientific expertise in assigned areas, including products in development and digital health solutions.
Who you are
- You hold an Advanced postgraduate degree in a relevant scientific field such as medicine, genomics, biology, or related disciplines.
- You have proven work experience in Medical Affairs, Value-Based Healthcare, and access-related roles within the healthcare industry.
- You possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities to effectively navigate and lead within complex organizational structures.
- You have demonstrated expertise in building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- You are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have an in-depth understanding of healthcare systems, with the ability to identify and address gaps and opportunities.
- You possess a strong ethical mindset and a comprehensive understanding of compliance principles and regulations relevant to healthcare and medical affairs.
