Role Summary

Performance-focused media buyer for Google Ads + Meta Ads. Own strategy and execution across multiple accounts, run structured tests, and improve client results week over week. You'll work directly with the founder and grow into a senior performance role as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads + Meta Ads.
  • Build and manage testing roadmaps (audiences, creatives, bids, funnels).
  • Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR) and make clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy to brief and test new angles.
  • Maintain clean account structure, naming, tracking, and reporting.
  • Prepare simple, honest performance summaries for internal and client reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads + Meta Ads.
  • Proven results managing multiple accounts (eCom, lead gen, or education).
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable in GA4/Looker Studio/Sheets.
  • Coachable, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Comfortable with feedback, deadlines, and a performance-driven culture.
  • Strong written communication in English (Spanish is a plus).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high-ticket offers or multi-step funnels.
  • Familiarity with UGC workflows and creative testing at scale.
  • Experience with tracking/attribution tools (Triple Whale, Hyros, Tag Manager, server-side, etc.).

Compensation (Paid Trial)

  • 1-month paid trial: $750 USD/month.
  • Path after trial: competitive salary with growth into senior performance lead as we scale.
