El Ejecutivo de Ventas Senior (SSE) desempeña un papel vital en la empresa al ayudar a ampliar el mercado en el territorio de ventas asignado. El SSE es el punto de contacto clave entre la empresa y sus clientes (actuales, pasados y potenciales).
Las principales funciones son ayudar a la empresa a construir un negocio exitoso y rentable y contribuir al crecimiento sostenible de la empresa.
Promueve principalmente productos y servicios a los clientes, negocia y cierra acuerdos/contratos con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios de la empresa.
Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen identificar y perseguir nuevos prospectos de ventas, generar nuevas ventas e ingresos, y simultáneamente, nutrir y mantener relaciones sanas y continuas con los clientes mejorando su satisfacción.
También se le pedirá (eventualmente) que asuma el liderazgo en la gestión de las relaciones con las cuentas de alto perfil.
El SSE es el miembro más experimentado y de mayor rango del equipo de ventas.
Es un verdadero asesor de confianza más que un simple ejecutivo de ventas de alto nivel.
