Senior Manager position

Role Overview:

• Responsible for the Zone (and respective Countries therein) Order To Cash (OTC) entire process
• Leads and oversees the relevant tasks to perform "Order To Cash" activities in Zones for in-vivo business
• Ensures operational and customer excellence; drives Revenue, Cash and productivity meets milestones and targets within global OTC KPI framework (acc. Zone specific target setting)
• Responsible to continuous improvement process ton harmonized, standardized and digitalized OTC process according global reference framework ""
• Drives continuous development of OTC related digitalization activities with focus on productivity
• Interfaces with Zone sales and service organization, as well as "Offer to Order Department" and BL/BA organization
• Develops team members and elevates their skillset to shape future challenges due to internal or external development in OTC; develops talents

Required Mindset

• Result-oriented with strong commitment to achieving targets while ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Customer-centric mindset, ensuring seamless execution of the OTC process with high customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage complex financial data, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, backlog management, and compliance with IFRS standards
• Proactive mindset toward driving digital transformation, standardization and process optimization
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills to align internal and external partners

Required Qualification & Work Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years experience in managing OTC processes or similar financial operations, with a focus on revenue recognition and cash collection.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, IFRS standards, and integrity of financial records.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and digital tools for productivity improvement and process automation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster talent development, and drive operational excellence in a multinational environment.
• Expertise in backlog transparency, forecast accuracy, and driving actionable insights for revenue and cash flow optimization.
