¿Qué Buscamos?

Un Facility Manager con nivel de idioma inglés bilingüe o avanzado, que cuente con sólida experiencia en posiciones similares administrando servicios de limpieza y mantenimiento para uno de nuestros clientes ubicado en CABA.

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

Planificar y controlar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de edificios e instalaciones.
Supervisión y control de ejecución de servicios de limpieza.
Control de la cafetería y servicios de vending.
Gestión de documentación de ingresos.
Control de servicios tercerizados.
Elaboración de informes, reportes de gestión y KPIS.

Requisitos:

Quien ocupe la posición deberá poseer capacidad de liderazgo, planificación y organización, alta vocación de servicio, proactividad, gestión de costos y herramientas de entorno Windows.

Es requisito indispensable contar con idioma ingles bilingüe o avanzado (excluyente)
