Job Summary

Project Control Manager (PCM) with solid experience in 2G, 3G, and 4G mobile access network deployments. Strong background in project control, milestone tracking, risk management, issue escalation, and problem resolution. Proven ability to ensure on-time delivery through effective coordination, analysis, and clear executive and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and control project progress across all milestones (site acquisition, civil works, installation, integration, on air).
  • Develop and maintain the master project plan and detailed schedules.
  • Identify project risks and issues, define mitigation actions, and escalate when required.
  • Analyze schedule and cost deviations and propose recovery plans.
  • Coordinate activities with RF, transmission, power, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly progress reports to management and stakeholders.
