Acerca del rol Los analistas de seguridad de la información son responsables de mejorar la postura general de seguridad de la organización. Evalúan, prueban y documentan soluciones y controles de seguridad, y trabajan estrechamente con otros miembros del equipo de seguridad para remediar riesgos mientras aseguran que el negocio pueda innovar. Los analistas de seguridad de la información deben adaptarse continuamente para mantenerse un paso adelante de los atacantes cibernéticos y estar al día con los últimos métodos que estos utilizan para infiltrarse en los sistemas informáticos. Se espera que los analistas en este rol aprendan y crezcan de manera constante. Este no es un rol pasivo y requiere pasión por la seguridad y rigor para proteger el negocio. Los analistas de seguridad de la información colaboran con equipos internos y externos, junto con la gestión tecnológica y las partes interesadas del negocio.

Responsabilidades clave
Utilizar y configurar sistemas técnicos para monitorear actividades inusuales y sospechosas en una amplia gama de productos. Ayudar con los estándares de configuración de seguridad para sistemas y aplicaciones empresariales. Servir como miembro del equipo de seguridad de la información para apoyar los procesos de gestión de cambios. Participar en proyectos técnicos y no técnicos que requieran supervisión de seguridad de la información y garantizar que se cumplan políticas, procedimientos y estándares. Actuar como miembro adicional del equipo de seguridad, apoyando la monitorización y respuesta a incidentes (IR) en colaboración con los equipos del centro de operaciones de seguridad (SOC). Mantener estándares de gestión de proveedores, cuestionarios y documentación para cumplir con la normativa. Interactuar con partes interesadas internas y externas para evaluaciones de riesgos. Recomendar nuevos enfoques de seguridad y cambios en procesos empresariales para respaldar los controles existentes, sin afectar negativamente la innovación del negocio. Servir como enlace del equipo de seguridad en los esfuerzos del equipo de producto. Realizar otras tareas asignadas.
