Job Description: We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive adoption of our property management software (RoveCore) and help us onboard hundreds of new properties onto the platform.
The Role: As our BDR, you'll work directly with the US-based Head of Business Development to scale our property supply. This role offers a pathway to Account Executive for top performers. We're building a sales organization and want to promote from within. Lead Qualification and Outreach:Qualify inbound leads and match them with the right RoveCore features for their needsInitiate contact with property owners and managers through cold calls and emailsBuild and manage a pipeline of prospective RoveCore usersCommunicate the value of RoveCore's listing tools, channel distribution, and automatic exposure on Business Development:Identify property managers and owners who would benefit from RoveCore's free softwareSchedule product demos and onboarding calls with the Business Development teamContribute to monthly and quarterly property onboarding goalsBuild relationships with owners, property managers, and brokers in key marketsIterate quickly on feedback to improve outreach, messaging, and conversion Who You Are:At least 2 years of direct or relevant experience in a similar role.Native-equivalent fluency in business EnglishStrong discovery and qualification skills; you can run exploratory calls, handle objections, and negotiate effectivelyPersonable and energetic; you enjoy building relationshipsEmpathy and sales instincts, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, hospitality, or real estateExcellent written and verbal communicationHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficient with CRM tools (HubSpot), communication platforms, and web/mobile appsCustomer-first mindset with a bias toward actionComfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentCoachable and eager to implement feedback Bonus Points:Experience selling SaaS or software productsBackground in short-term rentals, property management, or hospitalityStartup experienceFamiliarity with tools like HubSpot, Slack, OpenPhone, G-Suite, and Guesty
