Responsibilities
We are excited to invite a motivated
Junior Claim Investigator and Recovery Analyst
to join our team in Argentina. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in:
- Holding on-site meetings and visits with importers across Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
- Securing claim recognition.
- Establish recovery and settlement strategies.
- Resolving non-payment issues.
- Acquiring evidence in disputes.
- Liaise with shipping agencies and customs to uncover import details.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Have a decent proficiency in English.
- Have two to three years professional experience.
- Hold a law, international commerce or related degree.
- Possess strong negotiation skills.
- Be flexible and open to travel for work.
Experience in international trade, or prior collection experience is a plus.
