Your Tasks

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Gestión de capacitaciones: Plan anual y capacitaciones ad hoc para clientes y farmacias. Incluye calendario, contenido, materiales, convocatoria y reportes.
  • Coordinación del equipo Dermoexclusivas: Ruteos, planificación de acciones e incentivos, herramientas de venta, objetivos y seguimiento de resultados.
  • Acciones de fidelización: Coordinación con agencia (mecánica de puntos, canjes, web y app), producción de materiales y análisis de performance.
  • Presupuesto S&CM / Trade Marketing: Coordinación y seguimiento del presupuesto.
  • Plan de muestras y regalos: Diseño, ejecución y control del plan anual.
  • Reportes y análisis: Mercado, performance de clientes, actividades y consumos.
  • Guía promocional y comunicación: Activaciones, trade calendar e input para notas de crédito.
  • Storecheck: Visitas a tiendas, análisis de competencia y oportunidades de mejora.
Your Profile

Perfil:

  • Formación: Graduada/o en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines
  • Experiencia: 2 años de experiencia en el área de S&CM / Trade Marketing / Marketing (preferentemente cosmética, farmacéutica o maquillaje, perfumes, lujo).
  • Competencias: Orientado a resultados, capacidad analítica, Liderazgo, multi-tasking, buenas relaciones interpersonales y trabajo en equipo
  • Idioma: Nivel avanzado de Inglés oral y escrito (excluyente).
  • Herramientas informáticas: Excelente manejo de Excel y Powerpoint.
