Las funciones principales de la posición son:
- Revisar acuerdos contractuales para asegurar el correcto tratamiento fiscal, tributario y de garantías, alertando riesgos que puedan impactar los proyectos.
- Asegurar que los estados de pago se generen con información exacta del sistema contable,
que hayan sido emitidos al cliente, realizar el seguimiento de aprobación, generar la
facturación respectiva cumpliendo con las exigencias tributarias, y enviar la factura al
cliente.
- Revisión mensual de lo pendiente de facturación para garantizar la precisión del Work in
Progress (WIP) , generación del reporte por cartera de negocios
- Servir como socio de los Gerentes de Proyecto, incluyendo la asistencia con funciones que
se requiera como; la gestión de los subcontratistas, la preparación de informes de
progreso financiero, el apoyo a las auditorías de los clientes, el análisis financiero del
proyecto, apoyar en elaboración de documentos para write offs del proyecto, transferencias de
transacciones que se encuentran pendientes de facturar ("WIP"), monitorear las cuentas
por pagar, y apoyar en el seguimiento de facturas pendientes de pago, etc.
- Coordinar, estimar y conciliar las provisiones mensuales documentándolas adecuadamente
para entregar a Contabilidad.
- Elaborar análisis de ingreso por proyectos a fin de generar el reporte de rendimiento de ingresos basado en los estimados emitidos por la gerencia de proyectos.
- Comunicación continúa con la línea directa de reporte y personal de apoyo en todo el
trabajo relacionado al proyecto y la capacidad de cumplir los plazos establecidos.
Qualifications
Los requisitos para postular al cargo son:
- Titulo profesional de Ingeniero Civil Industrial, Comercial, Contador público, auditor, Administrador.
- 5 a 6 en la especialidad de Control de Proyectos
- Manejo de Oracle (Avanzado)
- Manejo de Power Bi (Avanzado)
- Manejo de Tango (Intermedio)
- Ingles (Intermedio)
