We are seeking a Data Consultant with a strong analytical mindset and business-oriented focus to support high-impact financial restructuring and cost reduction projects. This role involves working closely with clients to extract, clean, and model complex datasets to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust data pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.

  • Build predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to support business decision-making.

  • Leverage tools like ETL, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to manage and analyze data.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

  • Develop and deliver compelling data visualizations and dashboards to executive-level audiences.

  • Apply business-oriented thinking to extract insights and create value from data.

  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced, high-impact consulting environments.

  • Act quickly and proactively in projects where time and responsiveness are critical.



Requisitos

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field.

  • Over 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar.

  • Familiarity with at least one ETL tool (e.g., Alteryx, KNIME, SSIS, Pentaho, DataStage).

  • Comfortable working with big data architectures, both on cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, etc.) and on-premise systems.

  • Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs and window functions.

  • Ability to apply statistical methods and build predictive models.

  • Knowledge of distributed systems, especially HDFS and the Hadoop ecosystem.

Soft Skills

  • Data-oriented personality.

  • Ability to synthesize requests from team members at client sites.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English); proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Ability to be a creative and innovative problem solver, using simple ideas.

  • Motivation to discover and learn new analytical techniques and software tools.

  • Willingness to actively participate in geographically dispersed teams.

  • Ability and willingness to work long hours and travel if necessary.

  • Ability to work full-time both in an office and remote environment.

  • Authorized to work in the respective country and travel internationally without restrictions or sponsorship.

  • Physical ability to work in front of a computer for significant parts of the day.
