Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Buenos Aires, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. As an Atlassian Consultant, you will work closely with clients to provide tailored Atlassian solutions including system configurations, implementations, and integrations. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, delivering technical recommendations, providing training on Atlassian tools, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply DevOps and AI best practices to enhance Atlassian experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and JSM setup, configuration, and customization
• Experience with DevOps practices, ITSM frameworks, and agile methodologies
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, integration, and performance optimization for Atlassian applications
• Understanding of AI-driven solutions for IT processes, data analytics, and automation
• Experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Atlassian certifications, such as ACP-100 or ACP-400, are a plus
