Sobre el rol
Buscamos a una persona para abrir e impulsar nuevas oportunidades en LATAM en el área de desarrollo de software y proyectos con IA. Tu día a día incluirá la investigación de mercados, la identificación de cuentas y contactos clave, la apertura de conversaciones y la coordinación de reuniones, trabajando en conjunto con los equipos de Marketing y Operaciones.
Responsabilidades
- Encontrar cuentas y contactos clave (LinkedIn, email, teléfono, eventos) e iniciar el primer contacto profesional.
- Atraer, calificar y madurar leads hasta su pase a reunión comercial.
- Analizar competencia e industrias con potencial en LATAM. Proponer ideas y experimentos.
Colaborar con Marketing alineando mensajes, utilizando assets (landing, casos, one-pagers) y coordinando campañas dirigidas.
Hacer seguimiento de tasa de respuesta, reuniones logradas, oportunidades calificadas y conversiones por etapa.
- Registrar actividades y aprendizajes en el CRM y mantener la información al día.
Requisitos
- Desde 2-3 años de experiencia para adelante en Ventas B2B de servicios tech en LATAM. (Excluyente)
- Conocimiento general de desarrollo de software y casos de uso de IA para identificar oportunidades con claridad.
- Idioma: Español nativo. Inglés es un plus.
- Manejo sólido de CRM y herramientas de automatización/outreach.
- Excelente comunicación, redacción y escucha.
