We are looking for a OPERATIONS MANAGER to join a modern multinational industrial plant specialized in animal feed.

He will be in charge of the direction and coordination of the activities of the production department in the processing of materials and manufacturing products at the manufacturing plant located in Pilar, GBA Norte.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage daily production operations
Plan production and establish or adjust work procedures to comply with production schedules
Develop, recommend, and implement process improvements
Attend to and solve labor problems
Maintain inventories of chemicals and inputs
Survey and report manufacturing KPIs
Monitor and audit work procedures (batch sheets) ensuring consistency in processing and traceability.
Work with cross-functional teams
Coordinate maintenance tasks (preventive and corrective)
REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food/ Industrial Engineering / related
Advanced English (oral and written)
Minimum experience of 5 years in the food industry (human or animal) or dairy industry or meat/meat processing industry
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Possess specific knowledge related to food safety and quality
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Residential area: easy access to Pilar Industrial Park
