Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with each sales channel lead to understand retailer requirements, priorities, and sales fundamentals needed to bring brand goals to life with their customer
  2. Lead go-to-market strategy and planning for new innovations and brand initiatives. Develop recommendations for where, how, and when to launch based on retail tiers, brand goals, profitability, trade expectations, and other factors (while minimizing channel conflict).
  3. Collaborate with brand teams from the early stages of product development through launch. Act as the voice of the retailer in decisions on product, pricing, merchandising, and promotion plans.
  4. Develop retailer-level business plans for new innovations and programs. Partner with Sales Analytics, Planning, and Shopper Marketing to analyze the full P&L implications of any new initiative. Develop KPIs and scorecards to measure execution Brandperformance against expectations.
  5. Serve as a liaison between retail leadership, commercial leadership, and brand teams. Drive stakeholder alignment on go-to-market plans and priorities. Clearly communicate all success factors, including resourcing requirements.
  6. Stand up for new processes and ways of working across Brand and Retail teams. Iterate and refine – always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve.
  7. Lead big-picture strategy projects that help grow the Honor retail business, enhance SO capabilities, improve communication process, drive efficiencies, and more.
  8. Determine training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, speaking with employees, or administering surveys.
  9. Manages the costs of all programs, productions and publications to report to organizational executives regarding return on investment.
  10. Management of In-store Marketing communication resources such as display (branded furniture for stores), POSM, (POP materials)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related careers.
  • +5 Years in Retail processes in the MOBILE INDUSTRY.
  • Fluent in English. (The hiring process will be in English)
  • Networking with carriers (Claro, Telefonica, Personal) and retailers.
