Nuestro cliente está buscando un Software Defined Datacenter Specialist para unirse a su equipo en Argentina.

TU MISIÓN PRINCIPAL

  • Proporcionar a los clientes liderazgo técnico en el relevamiento, instalación, configuración e implementación de los productos y servicios de la empresa

TUS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Comprender y resolver las incidencias asignadas de complejidad media/alta, respetando el SLA acordado con el cliente.
  • Proporcionar a los clientes liderazgo técnico en el relevamiento, instalación, configuración e implementación de los productos y servicios.
  • Realizar guardias 24x7 según cronograma definido.
  • Documentar los procedimientos internos y entregables a clientes.
  • Participar en el proceso de preventa.
  • Participar del ciclo de vida de tecnologías, asistiendo proactivamente en eventos y reuniones con miembros del equipo y con los fabricantes.
  • Armar laboratorios de pruebas para simular ambientes y procedimientos para aplicar a clientes.
  • Brindar entrenamientos internos según demanda.

TU PERFIL IDEAL

  • Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años como consultor tecnológico / administrador de infraestructura en empresas de servicios de tecnología.
  • Experiencia comprobable en el puesto y/o gestión de proyectos de virtualización y backup.
  • Disponibilidad horaria para guardias pasivas 24x7 (1 semana al mes).
  • Estudios universitarios afines.
  • Contar con certificaciones de Veeam Backup (deseable).
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS

  • Veeam Backup (Excluyente).
  • VMware vSphere (Esxi y vCenter) (Excluyente
  • Microsoft Windows Server.      
  • Servidores / Storage, SAN / DELL, HP, LENOVO, EMC, HITACHI, IBM (alguno de ellos).
  • Redes: LAN, FIREWALLS, Routing, CISCO, F5, FORTINET (deseable)
  • Cloud: Amazon AWS, Azure (alguna de ellas).
