We're seeking a Marketing Lead – AIVM Blockchain to define, own, and elevate the narrative of the AIVM protocol across the Web3 ecosystem. You will be responsible for crafting the positioning, messaging, and growth strategies that drive developer adoption, ecosystem partnerships, and category leadership for the world's first AI Virtual Machine designed for blockchain.

This role is for someone who can deeply understand technical systems and communicate them with clarity, precision, and creativity — transforming AIVM into a recognized standard across layer-1s, layer-2s, and major Web3 ecosystems.

• AIVM Storytelling & Content Leadership: Produce high-quality AIVM-focused content: protocol explainers, technical deep dives, integration showcases, documentation-enhanced marketing, and blog articles. Craft clear, compelling narratives about AIVM's capabilities, architecture, and ecosystem impact. Translate technical concepts into messages that resonate with developers, partners, and media
• Protocol & Blockchain Marketing Strategy: Build and execute marketing strategies specifically for AIVM as a decentralized AI execution layer. Lead go-to-market plans for AIVM feature releases, integrations, cross-chain deployments, and ecosystem partnerships. Develop competitive positioning that differentiates AIVM within the AI-in-blockchain landscape.
• Developer & Ecosystem Growth: Build developer adoption funnels using : content, guides, campaigns, and community initiatives. Collaborate with DevRel to produce tutorials, onboarding paths, hackathon material, and integration examples. Drive ecosystem expansion by highlighting real-world use cases and successful AIVM-powered applications.
• Thought Leadership, PR & Market Positioning: Own AIVM's PR pipeline: press releases, media outreach, interviews, and editorial content. Produce thought leadership that positions ChainGPT as the category leader in decentralized AI. Optimize AIVM-related content for SEO: AI agents, on-chain inference, decentralized compute, AI protocols, etc.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align closely with product, engineering, partnerships, and growth teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Provide market insights — competitive intelligence, ecosystem trends, developer needs — to guide AIVM's evolution.Ensure all public messaging is accurate, technically correct, and strategically aligned.

• Experienced in marketing blockchain protocols, AI infrastructure, or deep-tech products.
• Strong writing ability: technical content, conceptual explainers, PR, and product storytelling.
• Understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, AI agents, APIs/SDKs, decentralized compute, and multi-chain ecosystems.
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or Web3 environments.
• Technically curious — you want to understand how AIVM works under the hood.
• A creative storyteller — capable of shaping the narrative of an entire technology category.

1. Employment Compliance and Confidentiality:

All employees will be onboarded through our official payroll and HR provider, which manages employment documentation, tax withholdings, and compliance with legal requirements based on the employee's country of residence. As part of the onboarding process, each new hire is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), execute an employment contract, and fulfill any additional legal requirements specific to you jurisdiction. This process ensures compliance, protects company information, and establishes a secure and professional employment relationship.
2. Employment Structure:
   1. The position is offered on either an employee or contractor basis, depending on the location and role. Individuals will receive payment via direct deposit on a monthly basis. Additional details regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies will be provided during onboarding and outlined in the official employment agreement.
3. Compensation:
   1. Salaries are paid in fiat currency via direct deposit on a monthly schedule, with payments issued on the first business day of each month. This structure ensures timely and transparent compensation aligned with local financial systems.
4. Probationary Period:
   1. All new employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period, which serves as a mutual evaluation phase. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can assess fit, performance, and long-term alignment with the role and company.
