• Realizar los procesos de check-in y check-out conforme a los estándares establecidos por la compañía.

• Gestionar todas las interacciones con los huéspedes con el más alto nivel de hospitalidad y profesionalismo, atendiendo solicitudes especiales siempre que sea posible.

• Identificar y anticipar las necesidades de los huéspedes durante su estadía.

• Resolver quejas de manera efectiva, buscando oportunidades para personalizar y elevar la experiencia de servicio.

• Asignar habitaciones y coordinar amenidades según corresponda.

• Tomar reservas de habitaciones y brindar apoyo al departamento de PBX/telefonía cuando sea requerido.Requisitos:
•Estudios terciarios o universitarios afines a la industria.
•Dominio deidioma inglés, deseable contar con idiomas adicionales.
•Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar días y horarios rotativos , inclusive turno noche (excluyente)
•Excelente actitud de servicio y de cuidado hacia nuestros huespedes.
•Manejo de Opera Los postulantes deberán contar previamente con los permisos y documentacion necesaria para poder trabajar en el pais.
