Job Responsibilities

• Work with a global team of contracts attorneys/professionals.
• Track status of agreements under negotiation, manage signature process for vendor and customer agreements (both e-signature and coordination of manual signatures), file finalized agreements, assign tickets per matrix.
• Provides logistical and organizational day-to-day  support to the assigned Legal team.
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines and interact with lawyers and business teams globally.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
