Freelance Social Media Content Creator

We're looking for a freelance Social Media Content Creator to help us turn existing content into smart, scroll-stopping social assets. This role is perfect if you love repurposing, spotting strong hooks, and making content go further without reinventing the wheel. You won't need to film anything from scratch. Your job is to take what already exists and make it work harder across social.
What you'll be doing
- Turning long-form content like articles, webinars, talks and videos into short-form social assets
- Repurposing and refreshing older content so it feels relevant again
- Creating posts for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
- Pulling out key insights, quotes, moments and angles that work for social
- Helping maintain a consistent tone of voice across everything we publish
What we're looking for
- Strong social instincts and a good understanding of what works on different platforms
- Confidence repurposing content without losing the original message
- A sharp eye for hooks, captions and formats
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time
- Experience creating content for brands, communities or creators in the social media space
What you don't need to do
- No filming
- No on-camera work
- No complex design from scratch. Templates and assets will be provided

- Freelance role for the next few weeks
- 1–2 days per week
- £120 per day
- Remote friendly
