Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Jr. Back-office Brokerage Operations professional based in Rosario, with the opportunity for partial remote work. The role involves executing various back-office operational tasks, maintaining transactional accuracy, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Daily responsibilities include processing account transactions, managing data accuracy, collaborating with other departments, and assisting in enhancing operational efficiencies. This position also requires responding to internal inquiries and supporting client-facing teams as needed.
Qualifications
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and provide internal support.
- Understanding of Finance principles to support operational tasks and align with broader organizational objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with brokerage operations and regulations in the financial sector is an asset.
