 Objetivo del puesto

El rol de Social Media Managment será responsable de ejecutar y dar soporte en la gestión diaria de las redes sociales de Leader, asegurando una presencia activa, coherente y alineada con la estrategia global de contenidos. Su rol es clave para garantizar la operatividad constante de los perfiles sociales, mantener el orden en los calendarios y aportar datos que permitan optimizar la estrategia de social media.

 Responsabilidades

  • Cargar y programar publicaciones en las distintas redes sociales siguiendo el calendario definido por el Social Media Strategist.
  • Monitorear la actividad diaria (comentarios, mensajes, menciones) y gestionar interacciones básicas con la comunidad digital.
  • Relevar y registrar métricas clave de cada publicación (alcance, interacciones, crecimiento) para alimentar reportes de performance.
  • Colaborar en la creación y adaptación de copys, hashtags y piezas simples utilizando herramientas como Canva.
  • Detectar oportunidades de contenido vinculadas a tendencias, efemérides o temáticas virales que mantengan a Leader relevante en el ecosistema social.

 Requisitos

  • + 6 años de experiencia operativa en redes sociales (prácticas o proyectos personales).
  • Manejo de Meta Business Suite, Canva y conocimientos básicos de métricas digitales.
  • Formación o cursos en Community Management o Social Media.
  • Inglés intermedio y curiosidad por las tendencias digitales.
