Requirements

– Skills / Experience Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business operations, technical program and project management, or a similar role supporting product management teams.
– Candidate is highly adaptable and flexible to changing business need and can drive change across multiple disciplines within the engineering and operations world.
– Program Management:
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities related to all Quality engineering planned deliverables. Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate risks.

– Delivery Roadmap and Impact:
Define and maintain roadmap, priorities, KPIs, and mechanisms for QE team. This includes identifying issues that impede team success and providing solutions/recommendations.

– Cross-functional Collaboration:
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between GQA team and other engineering teams and stakeholders.

– Process Optimization:
Identify and implement strategies to improve team efficiency by automating processes and maintain dashboards.

– Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, help lead technical design discussions and help with a focus on results and outcomes.

– Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

– Should have clear
written and verbal communication skills
. Candidate will be the initial point of contact for business and technical Stakeholders so should be experienced and fully confident to independently lead discussions.

– Expert Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is a plus.

Expert Project management Tools – JIRA, Miro, Confluence, Smart s
heets and many other roadmap tools. Candidate will be expected to compile automated dashboards and structural workflow diagrams via these tools so must have excellent usage of these tools.
