Job Description:

Responsabilidades principales

  • Emisión y facturación a clientes.
  • Gestión de notas de crédito y débito.
  • Envío y carga de facturas en los portales correspondientes.
  • Alta de nuevos clientes en los sistemas internos.
  • Control de retenciones impositivas al momento de facturar (IVA, IIBB).
  • Revisión y control mensual de la facturación emitida.
  • Soporte directo al área de Proveedores y Tesorería en tareas administrativas y de conciliación.

Requisitos

  • Estudiantes o graduados/as de Administración de Empresas, Contador Público, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Nivel avanzado de Excel (manejo de fórmulas, tablas dinámicas, validaciones, etc.).
  • Valoramos experiencia previa en tareas administrativas o financieras.
  • Deseable conocimiento en sistemas ERP – ej: SAP, Advertmind, Gaci, Tango, Bejerman, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics o Workday.
  • Buen nivel de organización, proactividad y orientación al detalle.
