Main Accountabilities
1. Responsible for registering AL payments into ERP (D365).
2. Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve any payment discrepances (On account/Unidentified).
3. Analyze the cash application KPI and provide regular reports on cash application status.
Decision Making / Activity:
- Support daily operations with little supervision.
- Monitor and understand priorities and identify risks
2. 3+ years in similar function. Experience in a multinational company is desirable. Experience in Business Services Center is a plus (for BSC roles)
