Our mission is to support efficient receivables management by ensuring timely payments and reducing credit risk. We focus on maintaining positive customer interactions and adhering to compliance standards while using technology to streamline collection tasks. Responsibilities Use defined methods to collect receivables according to internal process and customer segmentation. Make arrangements to settle customer accounts and collect amounts due. Answer calls from customers and provide necessary documentation. Identify and solve issues related to accounts receivables. Transfer claims to relevant departments and communicate necessary information and reconcile reciprocal balances. Keep track and follow up on claims and litigations. Follow up with relevant departments on their resolution and on booking adjustments. Analyze customers\' credit balances and request corrections and updates. Control customer master data consistency. Prepare activity reports as defined in procedures and conduct ad hoc analysis when required. Respond to inquiries related to customer accounts and document collection efforts.
