We are looking for a
Senior Sales Representative
(Industrial Designer or Architect) to represent
our full portfolio of brands, products and services
and expand our commercial presence across
Latin America
.
Key Requirements
- Industrial Designer or Architect
- 8+ years of experience
selling architectural products, design solutions and/or project-based services - Advanced English
(spoken & written) – required for presentations and reports - Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills and dynamic personality
- Highly
organized, detail-oriented and professional - Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Mandatory:
valid
U.S. Visa or European Union passport - Willingness to
travel frequently
across LATAM
Main Responsibilities
- SALES, FOLLOW-UP AND CLOSING OF PROJECTS
(main objective) - Manage existing client relationships and expand the customer base throughout LATAM
- Deliver commercial presentations in
Spanish and English - Prepare quotations, analyze discounts, negotiate pricing and evaluate purchase volumes
- Work closely with internal teams:
estimating, design, render and engineering - Participate in industry exhibitions, events and marketing activities
- Develop an annual
business plan and sales forecast - Analyze market trends, competition and commercial strategies
- Schedule client visits, product demonstrations and follow-ups
Technical Knowledge (preferred)
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- Rhinoceros
- SketchUp / rendering tools
- (Not a technical role, but these skills help when discussing project details with clients.)
Work Conditions
- Full-time:
Monday to Friday,
9 AM to 6 PM
(aligned with Toronto time & holidays) - Hybrid role:
online work + client visits and regional travel - Contract type:
Contractor / External Consultant - Compensation:
base salary
+ commissions in USD - Company covers
flights, accommodation, meals and local transportation
