We are seeking a Content Template Lead with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our Global Web Marketing team at Lenovo. This role will be instrumental in building and optimizing user-centric web interfaces that integrate seamlessly with AEM, driving performance, accessibility, and scalability across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Template Development & Execution:


• Implements content templates within CMS platforms like AEM, ensuring they are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance.


• Oversees the creation and maintenance of reusable templates and components, aligning with design systems and technical standards.

Governance & Standards:


• Defines and enforces template usage guidelines across teams.


• Partners with design and UX leads to ensure templates meet usability and scalability requirements.


• Manages the style guide, design system and component library documentation

Collaboration:


• Works closely with developers, designers, and content authors to integrate templates into workflows.


• Coordinates with program managers and governance leads to maintain compliance and consistency across regions.

Process & Change Management:


• Manages requests for new templates or updates, ensuring alignment with business priorities.


• Supports migration plans and implementation models for new template rollouts.

Strategic Impact:


• This role is critical for scaling content operations, reducing manual work, and enabling automation and AI-driven efficiencies in digital publishing.


• It often intersects with platform engineering and design system governance, making it a bridge between creative and technical teams.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years equivalent work experience.


• 3+ years of experience in content authoring, with a strong preference for AEM experience.


• Proficiency with the AEM platform, including its components, templates, and workflows. Familiarity with the AEM DAM is also crucial.


• Strong understanding of web content management systems, HTML, CSS.


• Demonstrated understanding of UI design and best practices.
