Este rol será clave para apoyar e implementar iniciativas estratégicas de recursos humanos, garantizar la excelencia operativa en procesos y actuar como socio(a) para las áreas de negocio asignadas durante un proyecto organizacional.

Responsabilidades Principales:
Acompañamiento Estratégico al Negocio:

  • Actuar como punto de contacto para colaboradores y líderes de negocio.
  • Apoyar la ejecución de iniciativas de desarrollo organizacional y gestión del cambio.
  • Contribuir al diagnóstico de clima laboral y planes de acción derivados de encuestas.
  • Dar seguimiento a procesos de evaluación de desempeño y calibraciones.
  • Participar en proyectos transversales de HR a nivel local y regional.

Coordinación Operativa de Recursos Humanos

  • Gestionar procesos administrativos de HR.
  • Coordinar actividades de reclutamiento y selección en conjunto con Talent Acquisition.
  • Apoyar en la logística y ejecución de entrenamientos, onboarding y eventos de cultura.
  • Administrar bases de datos y sistemas de HR, asegurando integridad y actualización de información.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de nómina para asegurar información precisa y a tiempo.
  • Preparar reportes y dashboards para el seguimiento de KPIs de HR.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales o carrera afín.
  • 4+ años de experiencia en roles de HR Generalist, HR Coordinator o Business Partner/ Associate.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo (CPG/FMCG).
  • Conocimiento de legislación laboral local.
  • Habilidad para trabajar con datos y herramientas como Excel, Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors u otras plataformas de HR.
  • Enfoque en el cliente interno, comunicación efectiva y capacidad de organización.
  • Inglés avanzado.
