The Publisher Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact overseeing the company's portfolio of publishers. This role involves building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, handling business development, performance optimization, retention, and the practical/technical facets of media projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead POC for publishers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Strategically develop and manage publisher portfolios, focusing on continuous growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance, identifying and capitalizing on up-sell opportunities.
- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and analytical skills in handling various aspects of media projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet objectives.
- Exhibit a natural curiosity and a proactive approach to learning, consistently exploring and testing new ideas.
General Characteristics:

- Proven ability to identify and convert up-sell opportunities into ongoing sales.

- Prior experience in roles such as Account Manager, Performance Optimization, Digital Marketing, or in a company dealing with Performance-based products – would be advantageous.
- A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field- is a plus.
