We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project / Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact initiatives across multiple business units, regions, and technologies.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution and requires a proven ability to manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects and programs that may include both IT and non-IT components.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership, providing direction, governance, and control across all phases of the project lifecycle — from initiation through delivery and post-implementation review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management, including senior executives and project sponsors.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple domains, regions, and business functions.
  • Manage large-scale, complex programs independently — often spanning several years and including both IT and non-IT investments.
  • Oversee vendor management and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure project quality and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices and processes, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery.
  • Manage integrated change control processes, including scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while coaching team members in proactive risk management.
  • Establish effective governance and communication structures across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Coach, mentor, and review the work of project team members and junior project managers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function and contribute to the organization's PM methodology.
  • Resolve conflicts within project teams and ensure effective collaboration across geographies and disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT or related discipline projects/programs.
  • PMP or PgMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven record of successful delivery of complex IT projects or global programs.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and executive reporting.
  • Strong system and process orientation with the ability to understand and translate business needs into project objectives.
  • Comfortable working in a remote and globally distributed environment.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of recommended solutions through sound business acumen.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
