Overview

El Analista Cross Border está encargado de asistir en la estructuración y gestión de transacciones internacionales, facilitando la conexión entre empresas latinoamericanas e inversores globales. La posición ofrecerá exposición directa a operaciones financieras sofisticadas, trabajando bajo regulaciones internacionales y locales.



Responsibilities

  • Apoyar en la estructuración y ejecución de operaciones financieras internacionales (bonos, préstamos, financiamiento estructurado, entre otros).
  • Elaborar presentaciones, análisis financieros y documentación requerida para procesos de debida diligencia (due diligence).
  • Realizar análisis de crédito y mercado para identificar oportunidades y riesgos en operaciones transfronterizas.
  • Gestionar la relación y comunicación con clientes, inversores, asesores legales, regulatorios y agencias de calificación, tanto locales como internacionales.
  • Coordinar internamente con equipos legales, compliance y financieros para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en transacciones internacionales.
  • Monitorear y analizar tendencias de mercado y cambios regulatorios que afecten las operaciones internacionales.


Qualifications

Requisitos:

Formación Académica:

  • Graduado/a o próximo a graduarse en Economía, Finanzas, Administración, o carreras afines.

Idiomas:

  • Inglés igual o superior a B1, oral y escrito (deseable).

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Dominio de herramientas financieras (Excel avanzado).
