Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Logistics:
    Manage procurement transportation and warehousing of vehicles from international partners.
  • Outbound Logistics:
    Oversee distribution of vehicles to dealers.
  • Monitor and improve
    key performance indicators (KPIs)
    such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, and After-Sales teams to align logistics strategies with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Local delivery coordination, from port to dealers / warehouse.
  • Follow up insurance coverage, dealers claim and units damages.
  • Monitor the status of vehicles logistics, record material loading, in-transit status, and ETA, and synchronize with the sales department and related areas.
  • Collect logistics documents, assist in completing payment applications for expenses, and regularly report logistics operational data.
  • Strong contact with transport vendors, dealers, port, warehouse and insurance company.
  • Manage vehicle logistics operational costs, regularly account for logistics expenses, and optimize the logistics cost structure

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields
  • Supply Chain certification preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of logistics and supply chain management experience.
  • Minimum 2- 3 years in the automotive industry or related.

Skills

  • Quality Control skills required.
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and cost-control capabilities
  • Bilingual: Solid English and Spanish language.
  • Solid understanding of international trade, import/export processes, and Argentine customs regulations
