About The Role
As a Field Services Manager, you will play a strategic role in managing IT services, ensuring high performance, security, and innovation. Your mission is to analyze, design, and implement systems that drive the digital transformation of the business, provide advanced technical support, and continuously improve infrastructure and applications. You will be a key technical and operational reference, collaborating closely with clients, service providers, and internal teams.
In This Role, You Will
- Oversee the development, installation, configuration, and administration of IT systems.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
- Analyze network and infrastructure data to identify inefficiencies and issues.
- Monitor IT systems and networks for viruses, malfunctions, and errors.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Prepare network analyses, data reports, and operational manuals.
- Train engineering teams on new systems, protocols, and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in technology, protocols, and industry standards.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the project or client.
Work model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Colombia. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience as an IT services manager or systems administrator.
- ITIL Foundation (preferred).
- ISO 27000 knowledge (preferred).
- English level B2.
