Atención Bahia Blanca

Buscamos un Key Account Manager para la ciudad de Bahia Blanca capaz de asegurar que los clientes clave reciban un servicio de calidad y que cuenten con el acompañamiento adecuado. También deberá desarrollar relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con cada cuenta. Además, estará a cargo de identificar y aprovechar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de su cartera.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Identificar y administrar cuentas clave de un portafolio.
  • Gestionar las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y la retención de la cuenta.
  • Analizar y reportar sobre el rendimiento de las cuentas clave, identificando áreas de mejora y oportunidades para el crecimiento.
  • Establecer y cumplir con objetivos y métricas de ventas y rentabilidad.

  • Comprender el mercado en el que opera la empresa de delivery, incluyendo los competidores, las tendencias y las oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Comprender los productos y servicios de la empresa de delivery, incluyendo sus características, beneficios y aplicaciones.
  • Comprender las estrategias de marketing de la empresa de delivery, incluyendo la segmentación de mercado, la identificación de clientes clave y la implementación de campañas de marketing efectivas.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en ventas y negociación.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en el manejo de herramientas y manejo de datos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en ventas y/o gestión de cuentas clave, con un enfoque en clientes.
  • Experiencia en la industria de delivery y/o tecnología.
