Job Overview
Nybble Group is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Project / Program Manager to lead complex technology projects and oversee the successful delivery of multiple initiatives.
This role combines hands-on project management with a broader delivery perspective, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, aligned with client goals, and consistent with Nybble's quality standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and internal leads to drive clarity, improve efficiency, and foster collaboration across distributed teams.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance execution with strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Delivery Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Use Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and adapt frameworks based on the project's needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Manage resource allocation, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive accountability and proactive communication across teams and clients.
Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure operational excellence by optimizing team capacity, delivery processes, and communication flow.
  • Monitor project health, team efficiency, and client satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with internal leads to ensure alignment between delivery goals and company objectives.
  • Contribute to internal PMO standards, templates, and governance practices.
  • Support other Project Managers or teams in achieving delivery success, providing mentorship and guidance when needed.
Program & Stakeholder Management
  • Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring consistency in delivery approach, visibility, and communication.
  • Coordinate dependencies between teams and manage alignment across technical, business, and client stakeholders.
  • Maintain a clear line of communication with North American clients and internal executives.
  • Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation plans that protect both client outcomes and internal operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience managing software or technology projects, ideally in consulting or digital delivery environments.
  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile principles with flexibility to adapt processes to different contexts.
  • Tools: Experience with tools such as Jira or equivalent project management platforms.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business, or Project Management (or equivalent experience).
Core Competencies
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, able to influence without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to balance hands-on project execution with strategic delivery oversight.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
What We Offer

  • Opportunities for growth and professional development/continuous learning.
  • Flexible work arrangements (Remote).
  • Comprehensive leave policies, including PTO, sick leave, and study leave.
  • Monthly connectivity allowance.
